Nikki Walker, M.C.C., D.S.L. serves as a Board Member of The King’s Collective Network, Inc. She is passionate about developing leaders and organizations to lead with clarity, conviction, and lasting impact.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership, audit, risk management, and financial operations, Nikki specializes in strengthening infrastructure, enhancing governance, and positioning organizations for sustainable growth. Through her leadership coaching and strategic insight, she equips leaders to align vision with execution and drive measurable results.

Nikki earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Virginia Wesleyan University (2008), her Master of Business Administration from Strayer University (2010), and her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University (2018).

One of Nikki’s favorite scriptures is Psalm 78:72: “David shepherded them according to the integrity of his heart, and guided them with his skillful hands.”
